About Me

I have just graduated with BA(Hons) Acting at the Academy of Music and Theatre Arts, Falmouth University. My love of acting originated through a fascination with the way watching a performance could take me into a different world and make me feel for the characters. Having discovered this interest I joined Stagecoach Farnham, where I had the opportunity to perform a variety of roles, and was fortunate enough to be involved in several showcases. My greatest passion is for screen work, as I love the idea of my work being accessible to everyone, however I also love the feeling of being onstage with an audience in the room.

My most recent performance was at the Academy Of Music and Theatre Arts, and was a production of Jessica Swale's, Blue Stockings, directed by Gareth Farr, in which I played the role of Mrs Welsh. I thoroughly enjoyed our rehearsal process and the discussions it raised about the progression and limitations of gender equality, and I also greatly appreciated the opportunity to explore a different time period.

On screen, my most recent project was a short film, The Fabulist, which was directed by Luzie Backhoff and written by Ryan James, in which I played the lead role of Polly. It was a pleasure to work with a talented and fun cast and crew, especially so as we were able to film at the unique and exciting location of Geevor Tin Mine in Cornwall.

Having finished my degree, I have moved back to Hampshire and taken the Summer off to relax and watch other people's work, including the incredible show, Rhythms Of The Night, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the ever wonderful, Wicked, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, London, and a variety of brilliant films and TV shows including The Lion King (2019), and TV shows Lucifer and Orphan Black. I am excited to soon begin doing more work of my own.
